Whether you’re building strong foundations, deepening your practice, or pushing your limits with cardio and strength-based sessions, our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Intro

Your ideal first step into Reformer Pilates! This small group session focuses on safely getting you familiar with the Reformer equipment and the core Pilates principles. If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, this introductory session is required before joining any regular classes or workshops. Only one Intro session is needed to get you started before moving to level 1.

60–75 Minute Session

Level One

Perfect for beginners, those returning to Pilates, recovering from injury, or anyone wanting a slower-paced class with strong focus on technique. This all-levels session builds solid foundations while still offering intermediate progressions, added layers, and spring variations to challenge more experienced participants. Remember: mastering the basics with perfect form can be the most effective (and toughest!) workout! New to Reformer? An Intro session is required beforehand.

45 Minute Session

Level Two

A dynamic intermediate-to-advanced Reformer Pilates class with flowing and increased choreography, creative sequences, and occasional Cardio Tramp rebounder work for an extra cardio boost. Designed for more experienced clients – your instructor will guide you on when you’re ready to step up to this level.

Cardio Tramp Reformer

All classic Reformer Pilates with the Cardio Tramp rebounder incorporated – higher energy and greater workout intensity. Ideal for those looking to blend Reformer Pilates strength, control and cardiovascular fitness in one session.

45 Minute Session

Dynamic Strength Reformer

An energetic, full-body Reformer session with dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises for added strength and conditioning. Suitable for all levels once you’re comfortable on the Reformer – please complete at least 5 Level 1 classes before booking this one or ask your instructor for guidance.
